Multiple NPC's
Just a quick question.
I like to play Aliiance Battles fairly often. Tonight, I saw in 2 or 3 consecutive games, the opponents had NPC's following them. This, in and of itself, is not uncommon. However, the NPC's following them were duplicates of each other. In other words, for example, there was a character that had 2 Elite Elementalists following them. In the next game I saw a character with 2 NPC monks following them. These NPC characters did not disappear when their respective control points switched control either. They still followed the character they were with. This was a bit frustrating as I felt that the opposing team had an unfair advantage. Has anyone else seen this before? Thank you for your help everyone. |

It's a little unusual to to have two elite NPCs following one person, but not impossible.
Did you know that you can make any of the AB NPCs follow you (except the Base Defender of course, but including the Saltspray Dragon). To do this, simply double click on the NPC. He will say something like "I'll follow you Hengis Stone" and then start following you. If the NPC is already following someone he will tell you "I am already following Hengis Stone". So, IF that player's team had been able to cap the elite shrine twice without the first NPC dying, then he ccould have double clicked the second NPC to get him to follow as well. |
